MOLTEX / ABC CAD TRIAL

Three ABC models in your geometry pipeline.

Loading the saved ABC trial…

These are ideal CAD models, not measured production scans. The STEP download supplies no Moltex Excel conditions, OK/NG class, defect CSV, or node-risk targets. Geometry preprocessing and saved-checkpoint inference are tested here; supervised defect training and BCE/AP/IoU evaluation require appropriate labels.

Checking archive integrity records…

The first three list entries are archives, each covering 10,000 models. Only the first three distinct model IDs from archive 0000 were extracted and processed. Each archive’s exact byte count and MD5 are checked against the official metadata.

Drag to orbit · scroll to zoom · right-drag to pan. Views share the CAD’s physical proportions; display framing does not normalize or alter saved model input coordinates. Blue → red shows probability; grey indicates unavailable output/coverage.

Excel condition vector101 missing values + 101 false validity flagsThe existing 202-dimensional conditioning contract is preserved; no process measurements are invented.
Saved checkpoint inferenceLoading runtime checks…Successful execution proves input/runtime compatibility, not prediction quality on this new data domain.
Current defect training / BCE / AP / IoUUnavailable: no defect targetsABC CADs are not automatically healthy/OK. They have no supervised defect accuracy here.
Geometry pretrainingSuitable geometry source to exploreSurface reconstruction, normals and CAD-face/patch tasks can use its geometry; those training objectives need to be added before fine-tuning for Moltex defects.
Scan/CAD matchingNot applicable to these STEP-only filesNo measured scanner surface was supplied.

ABC IDs 00000001 and 00000002 share the same original document ID. Group related parts by source document before any future ABC training/test split. This trial performs no ABC training or validation split.
